Pros and cons of iBass Magazine - bass guitar lessons & bass gear app for iPhone and iPad
iBass Magazine - bass guitar lessons & bass gear app good for
Love the format of text with videos. Informative, fun, inspiring articles make me want to play. Nice job!
What a great mag! By far the most useful and most interesting magazine dedicated to bass guitar. It manages to meet and surpass every expectation I had for it. Having imbedded video for interviews, reviews and lessons makes this a must have for bass players of all types. Now part of SBL...even better!
Love this mag. Great text/video format. Plenty of gear stuff and instructionals. Well done!
Ive been waiting for a good online magazine, and now Ive found one. And about bass! This format is the future and this magazine is just terrific.
Works quite well. Love the mag, too. Lots of interesting features, tech stuff, and inspiration from pros.
They are off to a good start, combining videos with text. However, the reviews are shallow and dont include prices for anything. Whats up with that?
Some bad moments
I bought an issue of ibass mag and it is only available on my phone. Why cant I get it on my iPad too? I will not buy it twice.
The app gives access to ibass magazine. The layout is nice and clear, but content is a little shallow (reviews are really short), and many if not all of the video content is actually available on Youtube. Pictures are nice though, but again most of these can also be found on the web. Last but not least, the app is quite buggy on my iPad2, although Im running the latest iOS. It is pain to have to reopen it several times to get through to the last "page". Overall not quite enough for the money yet, I hope it will improve over time.
The integration of audio, video and just plain good info is beautifully executed. Well done Ibass!
Great, love the you tube bass lesson,an all the info this book
Have.keep up the great work.
Really dig the interactive stuff. Wish the player interviews were just a bit more in depth.
